Who we are
Full Bathroom Remodels, Shower Replacement and Vanities.
Elevation is a bathroom remodeling contractor working across metro Atlanta, North Georgia and Chattanooga, South Georgia, Augusta and South Carolina. We do full remodels, shower and tub replacements, vanities, flooring, custom glass, and accessibility work, with the same crew doing all of it.
People come to this page for two different reasons. Some want a dated bathroom to stop looking dated. Others need a shower somebody can actually get into safely. Both are the same job done properly, and we build them the same way: designed as a whole room, finished to match.
Excellence is Our Standard.

What we do
Our Bathroom Remodeling and Shower Services.
From a single shower replacement to the whole room back to the studs.
Full Bathroom Remodels
The whole room planned as one project. Layout, plumbing fixtures, tile, lighting and storage decided together, so the finished bathroom works as a room rather than as a set of separate upgrades.
Walk-In & Low-Threshold Showers
Replacing a tub or a stepped shower pan with a walk-in or low-threshold shower. Easier to get into every day of the year, and the most common single change people ask us for.
Walk-In Tubs
For homeowners who want to keep a bath rather than move to a shower. A door in the side of the tub removes the step over the rim, which is where most bathroom falls actually happen.
Accessibility Upgrades
Grab bars, shower benches, safety showers and low thresholds, specified for the person using the room. Fitted into the structure behind the wall, not screwed to the tile and hoped for.
Vanities, Cabinets & Countertops
New vanities, cabinetry and countertops, sized to give you the storage the old bathroom never had. Often the change that makes the biggest difference day to day.
Flooring, Lighting & Fixtures
LVP and tile flooring, modern lighting and fixtures. Floors get specified for a wet room rather than for a showroom, which matters more here than anywhere else in the house.
Showers and glass
Walk-In Showers and Frameless Shower Glass.
In most bathrooms the shower settles everything else. It takes the space, it sets the tile, and it decides whether the room feels open or closed in. These are the choices that actually matter:
- Tub or shower. Taking out a tub almost always buys usable floor area. Worth doing if there is another bath in the house, worth a conversation if there is not.
- How high the threshold is. A low or zero threshold is easier to step into and makes the floor read as continuous, which is why it suits both reasons people remodel.
- Frameless custom glass. Cut to the opening rather than ordered off a shelf. It keeps sightlines open, so a small bathroom stops feeling like a cubicle.
- What goes in the walls. Waterproofing and blocking are decided before the tile goes on. Nobody sees them, and they are what the shower lives or dies on.

Accessibility
Walk-In Tubs and Accessible Showers.
Accessibility is a design decision like any other in the room, and it works best when it is made at the remodel stage with everything else.
A grab bar can be the same finish as the shower fittings. A bench can be tiled in as part of the design. A low threshold reads as a design choice, because it is one. Built in while the room is open, the safety features become part of the bathroom, and the bathroom simply looks like a good bathroom.

Common questions
Bathroom Remodeling Questions.
The things homeowners ask us most often before starting.
Do I have to remodel the whole bathroom?
No. Plenty of our work is a single change: replacing a tub with a walk-in shower, fitting a new vanity, or redoing the floor. A full remodel makes sense when the layout itself is the problem or when several things are failing at once. We will tell you honestly which situation you are in.
Should I choose a walk-in shower or a walk-in tub?
It depends on whether you want to keep bathing. A walk-in shower is easier to get into, opens up the floor space and suits most households. A walk-in tub keeps the bath but removes the step over the rim. If it is the only bathroom in the house, that also factors in. We will go through both so you can choose.
Can accessibility features be built into the design?
Yes, and that is most of what we get asked to do. Grab bars come in the same finishes as the rest of the fittings, benches can be tiled in as part of the shower, and a low threshold looks like a design decision because it is one. Built in during a remodel, they read as part of the room.
What flooring works best in a bathroom?
LVP and tile are the two we fit most. LVP is warmer underfoot, more forgiving and generally easier on the budget. Tile gives you more design range and lets the floor and the shower work as one surface. Both handle a wet room properly, which is the part that matters, and we will match the choice to how the room gets used.
Is frameless glass worth it over a standard enclosure?
In a small bathroom, usually yes. Frameless glass is cut to your opening instead of ordered to a standard size, so it fits properly and keeps the sightline across the room open. A framed enclosure costs less and is a perfectly reasonable choice. The difference shows most in bathrooms that are already tight.
What does the estimate involve?
Somebody comes out and looks at the actual room, because bathroom quotes given over the phone are guesses. You get a written scope covering fixtures, finishes, sequence and cost before anything is scheduled. It is free and there is no obligation.
