These terms apply to your use of this website. They do not replace the written scope and estimate for any actual work, which is a separate agreement between you and Elevation Roofing and Construction.
Everything on this site describes the services we provide in general terms. Nothing here is a quote, a price, a warranty, or a commitment to take on a particular project. Any of those exist only in a written estimate or contract we have given you directly.
Submitting the form on this site is a request for an estimate. It does not create a contract and does not oblige either of us to anything. We quote after someone has been out and looked at the actual roof, exterior or room. We do not diagnose a project from a photograph or a description over the phone.
We keep the service descriptions, service areas and hours on this site current, but we do not guarantee that every page is free of errors or fully up to date at every moment. If something here conflicts with what we have told you in writing, the writing governs.
Photographs on this site are used to illustrate the type of work described. Unless a photograph is explicitly identified as a completed Elevation project, it should not be read as a representation of our own past work.
Elevation Roofing and Construction is licensed and insured. Any specific licence, certification or manufacturer credential is only claimed where this site states it explicitly.
The Elevation Roofing and Construction name, logo and the content of this site belong to us or to our licensors. Please do not reproduce them without permission.
Where this site links to another organization, we are not responsible for that organization's content or practices.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising out of your use of this website. This does not limit any obligation we owe you under a signed contract for actual work.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
