This policy explains what Elevation Roofing and Construction collects through this website, why, and what we do with it. It covers this website only.
The estimate form on this site asks for your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code and what the project is. All of those fields are required, because an estimate request we cannot respond to is not useful to either of us. We do not ask for payment details anywhere on this site.
We also collect ordinary website analytics: pages viewed, roughly where in the country the visit came from, what kind of device was used, and which taps led to a phone call or a form submission. That data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
Form submissions are used for one thing: to contact you about the estimate you asked for, and to carry out the work if you decide to go ahead. Analytics are used to understand which parts of the site are useful and which are not.
We do not sell your information. We do not rent, trade or share it with anyone for their own marketing. We do not send marketing email to people who only asked for an estimate.
Estimate requests are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them for the work and for our own business records. Analytics data is retained on Google's standard schedule for GA4 properties.
This site sets analytics cookies through Google Analytics. It does not run advertising or retargeting pixels. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings; the site will still work if you do.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call 470-965-8430 and tell us what you want done.
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
